If you are not completely
satisfied with any purchase from Diver Emporium Com you may return any
unused gear, with the original packing materials, within 30 days for
full, exchange, or trade etc. Certain Exceptions apply*
* Apparel that has
been worn especially wetsuits . Color differences if we were given an
alternative color choice. Prescription or corrective lenses Placed in
masks. Equipment that has been used.
* In some
instances a re-Stocking fee may be charged up to 25% of
the total bill. This is to stop those who order several items to shop at
home and then return the unwanted items or those who seek quoted prices
and volume price brakes, then either reduce the size of the order or
return a portion of the order and plan to keep the volume price without
volume purchase. Also different pricing may apply to those orders. After
credit cards have been processed and credits are requested these charges
may apply. Re-Stocking fees would apply on Items that are custom orders
an items having to be mfg especially for the customer.

filters are non refundable. The Neptune mask is actually mfg per each
order.
** If you want to make sure of your return call our toll free number
888-547-3483 and ask for an RA#(Return Authorization)
Without this RA# our shipping department cannot accept any returns that
fall into the exception category. In some instances you may be allows to
return but only with an RA #.
* APO and FPO shipments sometimes take longer than usual. Once we
deliver to the Government we consider this as final delivery and cannot
take responsibility for the time or even if the product is delivered.
When you order and ask us to ship to an APO or FPO you do so at your own
risk. We do not give credit for lost shipments. ** WE DO NOT GIVE CREDIT
FOR LOST APO OR FPO SHIPMENTS. YOU NEED TO CONTACT YOUR GOVERNMENT POST
OFFICIALS. HOWEVER WE SHIP ALL ITEMS INSURED AND IF TRULY LOST WE WILL
FILE ON THE INSURANCE WHICH CAN TAKE UP TO 3 TO 4 MONTHS FROM THE US
POSTAL SERVICE BUT THIS IS YOUR PROTECTION. WE CANNOT CREDIT YOUR CHARGE
CARD UNTIL THIS IS PAID.

Shipping
We cannot ship to any
address other than the card holders billing address. This policy
is a result of individuals using stolen credit cards and various
fraudulent credit card schemes. You can have your credit card company
authorize another shipping address with a simple phone call to them and
adding an alternate shipping address.
Shipping to or within
the U.S. Speedy shipping without the express charge! Usually, we
fill your order within 2 business days and start it on its way to
you. Then, we deliver it to
UPS. UPS Ground takes anywhere from 2 to 5 working days depending on
where you are located in the country.. (We ship orders to Alaska and
Hawaii via Airmail, usually in 2-3 business days.) If an item is
backordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available via
UPS *See below for information on shipping to rural areas, P.O.
boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

There
is an extra charge for shipping for the following items: All
Brass & Bronze Items, Lead Weight and Oversize packages such as
spear guns. Special orders and blue and red label shipments.
VERY
IMPORTANT! If you request
a need by date of less than two weeks from the day you place your
order. We will automatically charge you for the correct shipping
method to get your package to you on time.
- Exchanges through the
mail are also subject to this shipping fee. If we are shipping your
order out of state, it is not subject to sales tax (Arizona -
7.60%).
- Next day (add an
additional $22.00) and 3 day (add an additional $12.00) shipments by
Federal Express are not possible. Please call or e-mails
for details.
- We ship by UPS Ground,
your order will arrive in 14 days or less.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Guam,
Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO's, and FPO's are charged an
additional $12.00 for the entire order.
Shipping Information
- All in-stock
orders will be shipped the next business day (excluding holidays
& weekends) and are guaranteed to be at your door within 14 days
to a US zip code. If you request to receive your order in less than
14 days from now, you will be charged extra for shipping in order to
get it it you in time.

accept special shipping instructions from Dealer, other than
"Ship To" Name and Address.
International
Shipments
Beyond the U.S. All
International orders must be prepaid for both product and shipping by
Western Union. Taxes and applicable duty charges will be added at the
recipients country and will be paid by the recipient. The policy
requiring pre-pay verses the acceptance of a credit card has
resulted from several fraudulent credit card schemes perpetrated on us
in the past.
Warranty
Information
We are authorized
dealers for all the products we sell, and ALL products ordered come with
a full manufacturer's warranty.
If you are thinking about purchasing your
dive gear elsewhere, be warned that you should not take the word of the
dive provider as to whether or not they are authorized dealers. If
they are not, your product will NOT come with a
valid manufacturer's warranty.
